Proctor Compaction Testing is a fundamental requirement for the construction of earth fill for
dams, reservoirs, highways, railways and runways. Quality Control tests check the density of
compacted soil in the field to ensure that its strength complies with all the relevant standards.
The Proctor/CBR universal compactor automatically performs programmable and
uniform compaction cycles in full conformance to all standards. This automatic process
eliminates inconsistencies in test data generated by manual adjustments and guarantees
accurate and reliable results every time
